Early Voting and Election Day Polling Locations and Times The 2018 Primary Election will be held, Tuesday, June 26, 2018. All ballots will be mailed on or before Tuesday, June 5, 2018. If you have issues with your mailed ballot and/ or require ADA assistance with voting your ballot, you may visit one of the polling locations offered on Election Day or during Early Voting.

Voting Requirements:

• Must be a registered voter in Millard County

• Must present Picture ID o If you’ve never voted in Millard County before, your ballot cannot be counted until proof of identification is shown. • Must be registered with the Republican Party, if voting the closed Republican Primary. o If not affiliated with the Republican Party – You will not receive a ballot in the mail.

• Unaffiliated voters may choose to affiliate with the Republican Party by completing a registration form and marking “Republican” on that form, duringEarly Voting and/or on Election Day to receive a Republican Ballot. All voters affiliated with a party must affiliate with the Republican Party before May 30, 2018 in order to vote the Primary Election.

Millard County Election Day Polling Locations: Millard County Clerk’s Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, UT 84631 Tuesday, June 26, 2018 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Millard County Satellite Offices 71 S 200 W Delta, UT 84624 Tuesday, June 26, 2018 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Early Voting Locations: Millard County Clerk’s Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, UT 84631 Wednesday, June 13 through Friday, June 15 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Millard County Satellite Offices 71 S 200 W Delta, UT 84624 Wednesday, June 20 through Friday, June 22 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
