(KUTV) — Volunteers are decorating the graves of Utah veterans with special Christmas wreaths.
It event, held at Fort Douglas Cemetery Saturday morning, was all a part of the nationwide Wreaths Across America program.
It happens on the third Saturday in December every year.
Organizers said their goal in to ensure veterans are not forgotten, and to decorate every grave they could.
Due to funding problems, however, there were only enough wreaths for half of the cemetery this year.
